Manjimup

Get to know Manjimup

Central to the entire lower South West, Manjimup has a range of shops and cafes, plus all of the services you would expect. There are two large supermarkets and a range of specialty retailers.

In the middle of town is the Manjimup Recreational park with a huge skate park, basketball half courts, public exercise equipment and lots of space to relax.

At the northern end of town is the Manjimup heritage Park which features the World of Energy Museum, State Timber Museum and historic village.. There is a brilliant playground for the kids and a 17m high slide, the highest in the southern hemisphere! It’s a favourite for both locals and tourists spend a day.

Northcliffe

Get to know Northcliffe

 

Surrounded by pristine karri forests, lush green pastures and tumbling waterfalls, Northcliffe is a nature lover’s paradise. With a cool Mediterranean climate, crystal clear streams and rivers and rich earth, the scenic diversity of Northcliffe is spectacular.

Northcliffe is the gateway to the d’Entrecasteaux National Park and Windy Harbour, a globally recognised bio-diversity hotspot. The area is home to an amazing array of wildflowers, including a number of species of orchids that cannot be found anywhere else on earth!

Windy Harbour

Get to know Windy Harbour

Windy Harbour is a small beachside settlement surrounded by the D’Entrecasteaux National Park. Around 230 cottage have been built and are predominantly used as holiday homes. Fishing has always been a major part of life at Windy Harbour and today is no different, as it offers a relatively sheltered aspect for launching and landing your boat. The spectacular coastline is best viewed from one of the many clifftop walks. Whales can be seen during their migration and the sunsets have to be seen to be believed!

Nearby Northcliffe is the gateway to the d’Entrecasteaux National Park, a globally recognised bio-diversity hotspot. The area is home to an amazing array of wildflowers, including a number pf species of orchids that cannot be found anywhere else on earth!

Quinninup

Get to know Quinninup

Central to the Southern Forests, Quinninup is a small village nestled among the giant karri trees that make the area so attractive.

In the middle of town is the Quinninup Community Centre, where a number of volunteer and community groups meet, and it’s a great place to meet new people and make friends.

A short 25 minute drive will bring you to either Manjimup or Pemberton, full of all the services and shops you will need along with a wide range of activities for all.
